How it works

  • Contact me and request my services.
  • Upon agreement, send me your work in Word format via email.
  • I make the edits (tracking changes) and communicate in the process with any questions I may have.
  • I will return the document and if you have any questions, you contact me.
  • Upon completion of the work, I will send you a bill and you make the payment.

Time and price

      I charge USD $20.00 per hour and use a timer on my computer that only tracks time used on your documents.

      If you require a rushed job (less than 48 hours before your deadline), I charge USD $30.00 per hour.

     Note, I may not take the job if my schedule does not allow for it.

      Payments can be made by PayPal or direct bank deposit and must be received within 48 hours of completion.

      Failure to pay in a timely manner will result in refusal to do future work with you.

Tracking or not tracking changes

Sometimes I turn on the tracking feature in Microsoft Word. The purpose of this feature is:

  • So that you can see what mistakes you are making;
  • So that you can see what I’m changing;
  • So that you can determine if my changes regarding meaning are correct or if we still need to work on those parts;
  • So that you can see repetitive changes and learn to avoid them in future writing.

Sometimes I do not turn on the tracking feature in Microsoft Word. When and why:

  • After working with the same parts more than once or twice, we both understand that simple changes are required and reviewing them by you in not necessary;
  • Sometimes the work only requires minor changes and there is no advantage to you to see what they are.
